Cancelation Policy:
· If the client cancels services before 35 weeks, there will be a partial refund (minus the non-refundable deposit). Any refund will be at the discretion of the doula and based on the hours spent on/with the client.
· Any refund will be refunded in the manner of which it was paid out, i.e.: cash, credit card, PayPal, etc.
· In the event the Doula is unable to attend the birth due to unforeseen circumstances, a backup Doula will be provided and a refund will not be issued.
